Behind each plate reveals the passion of a leader exception. Formed in most major parisian houses \u2013 the Ritz, Fauchon, the Normandy Hotel, or The Gallic \u2013 he has honed his art over the course of a career rich, combining kitchen and transmission as a professor at the Institut Vatel.<\/p>
