‘Table d’hôtes’ meals at Château de Blavou

There is one menu for all our guests at our ‘table d’hôtes’ meals.

The food is prepared on site by the château’s owner, who has worked as a chef and pastry chef in Paris for some of the greatest names in the French capital including the Ritz, Fauchon, Normandy Hôtel and La Gauloise. He has also taught cookery and cake-making at the Institut Vatel, an international hotel school, and previously owned two restaurants in Paris.

The menu is based on a wide range of fresh, seasonal, organic produce and showcases the dishes of Normandy. Every care is taken to provide guests with an unforgettable fine dining experience.
