The chief and his journey of excellence

Behind each plate reveals the passion of a leader exception. Formed in most major parisian houses – the Ritz, Fauchon, the Normandy Hotel, or The Gallic – he has honed his art over the course of a career rich, combining kitchen and transmission as a professor at the Institut Vatel.

The former owner of two restaurants in Paris, he expressed today its know-how at the Château de Blavou, where he sublimates the local products through authentic cuisine, between tradition and creativity.
